We are a small kennel located in the Northern Tablelands district of New South Wales.
The historic town of Tenterfield sits high up on the Great Dividing Range approx. 1,000 metres above sea level.
Our 2 acre property is located to the north of the village, just on the edge of town.
From our verandah we have sweeping views across grazing land to the farms and vineyards in the distance.

Breeding predominantly for "reds", we carefully research prospective stud dogs to select those that compliment our bitches.  Our breeding stock are DNA tested for hereditary diseases and all pups sold have copies of documentation to confirm these health tests.  We aim to produce strong, healthy pups that are true-to-type.

You are most welcome to come and inspect our kennels.
Please phone for directions, and to arrange a suitable time.

About Me

I love the quiet country life, and I have a great passion for the Australian Cattle Dog. It all started with my first Cattle Dog that I purchased from the RSPCA in Sydney in 1993, and I’ve never looked back, the best friend I ever had was "Ruby" my first dog.  I started out with two blues, and now predominantly breed reds. These tough,  hard-as-nails canines seem to attach themselves to my heart-strings and I just can’t give them up.

When the decision was made to quit the city and take on rural life, I had no idea that I would end up breeding these beautiful dogs.  In hindsight I think I should have made the move much earlier  . . .

A friend of mine once said that when she gets too old to run a dog, she is going to change to rescued Greyhounds as they tend to just lie around the house.  This friend asked me what I will get when I'm too old to run a dog - and I simply told her "another Cattle Dog".

Australian Cattle Dogs are the most amazing breed. They are intelligent, loyal, sturdy and always wanting more.

But of course . . . I am a bit biased.
